Do you guarantee the authenticity of your paintings?

Yes. We provide a comprehensive guarantee that every lot we is genuine as described. Our guarantee warrants every lot for a period of one year from the date of sale.

Do you guarantee that the painting will reach me in good condition?

Yes. We employ a professional packer who ensures that every item we sell is packaged securely and appropriately before it is sent. We are highly experienced in sending paintings and their frames all around the world and use fast and secure courier services for our deliveries.
 
Do you issue a certificate of authenticity with your paintings?

Yes. A certificate of authenticity is issued for every painting that we sell, each certificate guarantees the painting is as described.

Do you offer payment in instalments?

Yes.  We are happy to offer a 'layaway' service on most of the paintings we sell allowing you to spread the cost of your purchase without any added fees or interest.  Please contact us for more information.
 
I have a painting that I would like to sell, would you be interested in purchasing it?

Yes.  We are always on the lookout for interesting, good quality pictures. If you have a painting that you would like to sell then please contact us with photographs and any information you have about the picture and we will be in touch.

If I receive a painting and I am not happy with it can I return it for a refund?

Yes. We understand that the majority of people purchasing art from Priory Fine Art will not have the opportunity to examine it in the flesh priory to buying.  We do our best to provide accurate high quality photographs and a detailed and accurate description for each painting that we sell however if you are not pleased with your purchase then you are welcome to return it for a full refund within 14 days of receiving it.
